This is a 1/25 Scale 1964 Chevrolet Impala Lowrider 2'n 1 Plastic Model
Kit from the Lowriders Series by Revell.
Skill Level 2 (Moderate Difficulty) for Ages 10 and Up.
The 1964 Impala was a definite success with the general car-buying public
when it was first introduced, but over the years it has gained cult status as
the car of choice among lowrider enthusiasts. '64 Impalas are arguably the
most popular "starting points" for lowrider builders, much like '32 Fords are
to hot rodders and '49-51 Mercurys are to customizers.
FEATURES: 150 plastic pieces attached to sprue trees.
Body pieces are molded in white.
Clear pieces included for windshield , rear window and headlights;
tail lights are transparent red plastic.
Chrome pieces include trim, grille, bumpers, and interior, engine and
hydraulic parts.
Opening hood that reveals a very detailed Chevrolet 327 c.i.d.
engine.
Separate frame and floor pan.
Detailed interior with front bucket and rear bench seats.
Waterslide decals.
Clear pictorial instructions.
MARKING
OPTIONS: One decal sheet with decals for two versions of the car:
1: Stock version features stock engine, exhaust, suspension, and
interior with stock rims and Goodyear treaded tires.
2: Lowrider version features trunk mounted batteries and pumps, wire
wheels, chain link steering wheel, hydraulic switch box, and
suspension that may be built in several different lowrider stance
settings. Magenta and black tribal stripes with skulls and a
large "Grim Reaper" for the hood are the included decals.
