Tamiya U S M113 ACAV Model

Highly detailed 1/35 scale model kit of the Vietnam War U.S. Army M113 Armored Cavalry Assault Vehicle (ACAV), the most famous variant of the M113. The M113 ACAV was originally developed by Army of the Republic of Vietnam and used with high degree of success. Realizing the M113 ACAV's potential, the U.S. Army quickly developed the full ACAV kit that could be retrofitted on any M113 already in service. The kit included circular turret armor with shields for the commander's Browning .50-caliber machine gun and two additional M60 machine guns with shields fitted on either side of the top cargo hatch. This model kit features accurate scale reproduction of the M113 ACAV's distinct features and three detailed figures.
